Contact Me

Get your free consult, & I'll advise you on the best way forward.

Step 2
Review Your Quote

I'll email you a quote with costs & my dates. You then decide if you want me to mediate for you.

Step 3
Pre Mediation Call

By Zoom or phone, I'll have a pre mediation, 20 minute introduction call with all employees.

Step 4
Position Statements

Prior to the mediation I will read through each employee's position statement, which will give me a clear idea of their issues with one another.

Step 5
The Mediation - Stage 1

I'll have a 1 hour seperate & confidential meeting with each employee.

Step 6
The Mediation - Stage 2

The remainder of the day will be spent having joint & seperate meetings with all employees.

Step 7
The Mediation - Stage 3

Once an agreement has been reached, I'll type it up, which will be an agreement in good faith.

Step 8
Feedback

I'll feedback to the referrer, an agreement was reached, or not reached. ONLY if the employees consent, will any agreement be shared.

Step 9
Review

I'll check in on the employees after 3 months, to ensure all is going according to plan.

I can mediate your workplace dispute within 14 days of contact. 

Based on 2 employees, you will only need 1 full day, 7.5 hours. For 2-4 employees, you will only need 1 full day, 10 hours. For more than 4 employees you will need 1-2 days. 

No incorrect,  mediation by Zoom is just as effective as mediating in person. 

Wherever you want it to take place, wherever it is logical to, and you feel most comfortable. Your workplace, a neutral venue away from the workplace, or via Zoom, where you can do so from the comfort of your own home. 

No, although I have a legal background, I am not allowed to give advice. 

I don’t! As a mediator I am completely independent. I do not give an opinion, make any judgements, nor take sides. I simply help all employees to  communicate their concerns with one another & lead them towards an agreement. 

The mediation is completely confidential. I cannot even report back to your employer, unless you give me your permission to do so.
